The business model is based upon keeping private work within The Royal Bournemouth Hospital so that income can be used to benefit frontline NHS clinical services – supporting clinical staff and allowing the NHS to purchase new equipment. We believe this is an important point of differentiation between ourselves and the traditional private hospital model.
